We collect your name, contact details, and health-related information only to provide and manage speech-language therapy services. We will not use it for any other purpose without your permission.

Health information is treated with the highest level of care, stored securely, and accessible only to your treating therapist.

Overseas storage: Our website is hosted by Squarespace (USA). Some browsing data may be stored on overseas servers. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Email us at hello@vibrantspeech.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days. If you withdraw consent, we will return or destroy your information within five working days.
